ISLAMABAD: Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has said that China will invest a huge amount in different sectors including the energy sector to facilitate the people of Pakistan. “China is a time-tested friend of Pakistan and the relation between the two nations is increasing day-by-day,” he stated this while talking to Pakistan Television. Chinese government had reposed full confidence in the policies and leadership of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz government, he said. He added that China will spend billions of dollars in the power sector to resolve Pakistan’s energy crisis. He added that China was also investing in the construction of the Gawador Port, road-networks, solar and wind projects. The Punjab chief minister said that Gawador’s development will provide vast job opportunities to the people of Balochistan. He said that PML-N government is working on different projects to bring speedy progress and prosperity for the people all provinces.
