Reshuffling: PHC transfers 19 judicial officers

The Peshawar High (PHC) has transferred 19 judicial officers in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P).


According to a notification issued on Saturday, the district and sessions judges include Anwer Hussain, who was posted to Nowshera. Similarly, Azhar Khan was posted as member inspection team at the PHC.

Additional district and sessions judges include Muhammad Arshad, who has been transferred from DI Khan and posted as additional district judge in Swabi. Syed Ihtesham Ali was posted as director-I at the PHC Human Rights Directorate (HRD).

Roohul Amin, who was serving as deputy registrar judicial, was posted as a secretary to PHC Chief Justice Mian Fasihul Mulk. Moreover, additional district Fareed Khan Alizai was transferred from DI Khan and posted in Peshawar. Other officers transferred include Khalid Khan, Kashif Nadeem, Muhammad Faisal, Ihteshamul Haq and Shehzad Ali Khan among others.
