SC orders 7 missing persons to be presented on March 3

Seven of the 35 missing persons should be presented before the court on March 3, Supreme Court ordered during a hearing of the missing persons case, Express News reported on Tuesday.
Five of the seven missing persons are reportedly not in custody while the other two are in detention.
A two-member bench, headed by Justice Jawad S Khawaja, was hearing the case.
Justice Khawaja said that the law of the country as well as the Constitution of Pakistan were made to come in handy at difficult times.
The hearing of the case was adjourned till March 3.
The court was hearing a case about the production of 35 disappeared persons, who have been missing since December, 2012 after the army authorities took their custody from an internment centre in Malakand.
The court had earlier said there was documentary evidence that these 35 persons were picked up by the army.
