Police claimed on Monday to have registered cases against 37 men for stealing canal water in Rahim Yar Khan. An Irrigation Department official told the media that several complaints had been filed with police against farmers Rahim Bukhsh, Muhammad Siddique, Aslam, Basharat, Abdus Sattar and their accomplices for stealing canal water in Chak 192 and Chak 180. On Monday, police registered against them and their accomplices on a complaint filed by an Irrigation Department SDO.
