Competition Beaconhouse: Olympiad draws crowds

ISLAMABAD: Deputy Ambassador of Hungary Janos Lastofka on Saturday participated in the ongoing Beaconhouse Olympiad 2014. A Bouldering Wall contest was scheduled on the second day of BEC Olympiad. As many as 44 teams, with four members each, participated while and 31 teams moved to the final round. The four-day BEC Olympiad is being organised at the Beaconhouse Educational Complex. On the first day of the Olympiad, a large number of participants from twin cities took part in various sports competitions, including basketball, volley ball and table tennis. The country’s largest bouldering contest was held on the second day.
