Investigations: CJ calls for weekly report on murder

Directs Hyderabad SSP to personally monitor investigation into killing of district and sessions judge’s son.

KARACHI: Sindh High Court (SHC) Chief Justice Maqbool Baqar directed the Hyderabad SSP on Friday to personally monitor the investigation into the killing of a district and sessions judge’s son, and submit weekly progress reports. Justice Baqar also directed Hyderabad DIG to depute a responsible officer to check security arrangements in and around the courts and residence of the judges and judicial officers.
