@s m: Saving tne country from the action of PCO judges is treason is it? What is our level of thinking and hatred?
Our hero will emerge victorious - Inshallah. People with malicious plots against Musharraf will miserably fail.
Commando Mushy has committed treason under the constitution and should be tried under 1973 constitution. The demand that he be tried under the army act is giving him refuge like he is admitted to army hospital for ever without any tests or treatment. The question is how many military officials have been tried and punished under the army act, even for hosting OBL in base or surrendering East Pakistan or failing to defend GHQ to name a few? Mushy has abrogated and mutilated Pakistani constitution and should be tried under it. Demanding the trial under army act is like demanding the trial under Geneva Convention!
Mr. Judge, remember judgement day,as you judge,so thou shall be judge.
Stop this drama. Stop wasting nation's money and resources. Nobody say it was right but every body approves it. Forget Past. Nawaz sharif's incompetency is creating public demand for another martial law.Worry about that.
This advocate acting as prosecuter is perhaps not aware of the recent removal of the head of PCB by NS ,without loosing even a Second ,any way his degree of law deserves to be scaned in the national interest if not in the interest of the ex - president .

Does this mean that any officer can take over the civilian elected government whenever he wants? Shame that there is no constitutional laws that protect against illegal take overs. Civilized societies rely on institutions and respect of the democratic system- not rule of gun and army.
Army act has no provision for treason. Therefore PM should be freed.
Bogus claim. Pakistan Army act has very specific guidelines for offenses of treason and charges have been and can be brought up for treason.
