Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul Ebad Khan has once again appointed Abdul Fatah Malik as the provincial advocate general.
Malik, who had previously resigned from the post after serving for two years, has been appointed on a one-year contract, said officials.
He served in the office from December 2010 till June 2013, but had tendered his resignation after developing differences with the Sindh government - many believe that these were in connection with the Supreme Court’s order passed in the Karachi law and order suo motu case.
