The National Horticultural Society of Pakistan on Sunday elected members of the management and executive bodies, said a press release issued on Sunday.
Members of the new bodies were elected at an annual general meeting of the society held under the chair of Registrar Joint Stock Companies ICT Islamabad Chaudhry Muhammad Bashir.
Following a briefing on the performance of the administrator during last two years, the new members were elected.
According to the results, Mansoor Ahmed Khan was elected Chairman, Rafi ud Din Senior Vice Chairman, Dr Ghulam Rasool Vice Chairman, Muhammad Khalid Malik Secretary, Abdul Hayee Sheik Joint Secretary, Chaudhry Abdul Hameed Finance Secretary, Muhammad Azam Publicity Secretary, Asif Razzak Technical Secretary and Tariq Mahmood Toor Editor.
Executive Council members included Ch. Iftikhar Ahmad, Zia ul Haq, Muhammad Iftikhar, Maj (R) Muhammad Ikram ul Haq, Iftikhar Ahmad Chattah, Nadeem Ahmed Malik, Akhtar Hussain, Liaqat Ali, Muhammad Iqbal, Badi-uz-Zaman Khan, Khurram Iftikhar, Muhammad Ramzan Joyia, Prof. Khawaja Pervez Latif, Ghulam Hafeez and Hamayun Akhtar.
