According to KESC coach Hasan Baloch, his team avenged the defeat they endured against the same opponents in the first leg.
Muhammad Riaz scored twice, while Nigerian striker Oludeyi ‘Sunday’ Abayomi sealed the victory with his goal in the 86th minute. PAF replied with goals from Muhammad Mujahid and Afzal Muhammad.
KESC were playing without four of their key players including captain Essa Khan, Muhammad Musa, Muhammad Rasool and Noor Muhammad.

Baloch added that the team proved their resilience without top players in the side.
“We avenged our defeat in the first leg from PAF,” Baloch told The Express Tribune.
“My players made me proud; they won this tough match without the experienced footballers.”
PAF manager Arshad Khan said his team gave away too many chances to KESC.
KESC have 59 points now on the top position. PAF remained on fourth place with 46 points.
In another match, KPT drew against Muslim FC after both teams scored a goal apiece. Muslim FC and KPT now stand on fifth (44 points) and eighth place (37) respectively.
