@unbiased: Road in discussion does not belong to state, it belong to people, so why hesitating to take people opinion?
@Turab Ali: yes thats exactly my point !!! they r the owners of their piece so should not be concerned over whats happening on others' ... also the road in discussion belongs to state who have issued permits for such activities ...
@unbiased: Businessmen and residents are owner of their premises, so why do they shift? Are you owner of M.A. Jinnah Road?
@Muhammad Ali Yaqoob: why dont they build their homes n shift their businesses to super highway and live in peace !!
I strongly recommended to ban all kinds of processions and gatherings which are dangerous for public and affects its mobility. Resources spent on these processions should be recovered from Mullahs who organize these events. After eating tons of Halva, these Mullahs will have a day off tomorrow, but people like me will go to work to cover expenses.
@Raza Ali: but which businessmen and residents to consider in referendum ?? the ones who lived and worked there when the permits for such processions were awarded or the ones that are living now ??? if u say the current ones, then they already knew the cons of owning a property in this area .... and if u say the previous owners then they were the ones who asked for the permits :P cheers !!!!!!
