Last rites: FC personnel dies of heart attack

Umer Daraz Khan was performing duty outside Sukkur Central Jail-I.

SUKKUR: Frontier Constabulary (FC) personnel, Umer Daraz Khan, died of heart attack while performing duty outside Sukkur Central Jail-I on Friday night.

Last night, he suffered a heart stroke and was immediately rushed to Civil Hospital, Sukkur, where the doctors said he died of cardiac arrest. His body was brought back to the jail and after the funeral prayers, it was sent to Dera Ismail Khan, said jail superintendent Shahid Hussain Chijro.
