Rowing: KGS, Lyceum dominate inter-school event

Karachi Grammar School (KGS) and The Lyceum School (TLS) System reigned over the 6th Inter-School Regatta 2014 on Saturday. KGS won the overall Ikram Cup and also took the Junior Boys and Junior Girls trophies.


Meanwhile, TLS dominated both boys and girls seniors event. The Inter-School Regatta featured 11 schools including KGS, TLS, Southshore School, The Bay View High School, The CAS School, The International School, Bay View Academy, Convent of Jesus and Mary, Cordoba School, St Patrick’s School and Nixor College.


KGS’ Uzair Saqib won a gold medal in the boys U14 single skull event, while Shahan Engineer and Shahzain Gaya won the double skull event.
