Sardar Waqarul Hassan, manager of Habib Bank Limited-Abresham Garan branch, had left the branch to leave for home. As he headed towards the car park on Tuesday evening, unidentified attackers opened fire at him. The gun attack killed him on the spot.
The attackers managed to escape without retaliation.
“He was a resident of Gulbahar and belonged to the Shia sect. Without any doubt, it was an incident of target killing,” said a police official from the Kabuli Police Station.

These target killing of both sects clearly potrays that third party may involved in such attacks to ignite sectarian tention in our beloved nation...
Today a french friend gave me a magazine 'le monde diplomatique" discussing the Sunnite and chite divide in Pakistan in one of its article. Believe me before taking the magazine, i was of the view that it would be again a propaganda against Pakistan, but to my surprise it was unbiased and very informative piece of article. The story starts from Jinnah to the current day government. I cannot go in details but here is the conclusion: We are scapegoats in the cold war between Iran and Saudi. From Zia to Nawaz harbour and support the Sipah e Sahaba implicitly for their own benefits. Iran on the other hand is involved in supporting chitte. the last but not the least, all the havens of these groups are in Punjab. (From le monde diplomatique, decembre 2013)
What difference did it make whether it is PTI or it was ANP. No one dares to look into the eyes of the secterian terrorists. IK is busy trying to rescue Karachi from secterian and mafia killers, meanwhile his own government in KPK is failing to handle the same in their own province.
Fix subject, it should be 'sectarian'
The caption need to be proof read. Secrarian instead of sectarian
