Contempt of court: Compliance report sought from CAA

LAHORE: The LHC on Monday sought a compliance report from Civil Aviation Authority secretary about the reinstatement of an assistant director.  Justice Khalid Mehmood Khan issued the order on a contempt of court petition by Chaudhary Sikandar Ali.  He said he was dismissed without a reason and a warning.  He said he was reinstated by the LHC but was not allowed back.  Counsel for the CAA sought time to file a reply. The judge said those found violating court orders would be arrested and sought the report by January 31.
