ISLAMABAD: A man was killed and another injured when two groups fought over a land in a village in the Kunjah area. Police said that Akmal Dhanial and Sajid Dhanial were clearing bushes from their land when the accused, Amir Abbasi and Hamid Abbasi, showed up there and opened fire on them. As a result of the firing, Akmal died on the spot while Sajid sustained bullet wounds. The injured, who had received two bullets, has been shifted to the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences for treatment. According to police, Akmal’s death was caused by a bullet that hit his chest.
