Express News correspondent Nadeem Khan said that according to initial reports, former Mauripur SHO Shafiq Tanoli was in the car with his driver and two guards that was targeted by the bomb. It had initially been reported that Tanoli had been killed in the attack, however, he, along with four other police officers only suffered non-fatal injuries.
An initial inspection by the bomb disposal squad revealed that between two to three kilogrammes of explosives were planted on a motorbike that exploded next to the left-side of the car and that the bomb contained ball bearings as well.
The dead and injured have been shifted to Abassi Shaheed hospital and another private hospital.
Khan added that the blast was so powerful that it set Tanoli's vehicle on fire while the blast was heard as far away as Garden.

Afterall what did Wali Babar discovered that every other person involved in his case is removed permanently from the scene? How damaging is it? Literally, these questions have always intrigued me.
Tanoli is alive - a confirmed news...
Hmmm. Why no effective operation in Maripur?
If the new JI really wants to hold dharnas for a good cause they should hold one against the murderers of 50,000 countrymen.

Please find some courage and say that he was involved with Wali Khan Babar Case, that would take you exactly to the people who have done it. And somebody told me they were doing operation in Karachi.
