QUETTA:
A man died and at least 25 people were wounded, including eight children of a religious seminary, in a bomb blast at Metta Chowk in Pashtunabad, on the outskirts of Quetta.
One of the injured, Mohammed Amir, succumbed to his injuries en route to Sandeman hospital. According to Mohammed Tariq, SHO at Pashtunabad police station, an improvised explosive device (IED) with a two kg of explosive material was planted under a pushcart at the Chowk.
