SHARJAH: Pakistan pulled off a stunning 11-run win over Sri Lanka in the first one-day international in Sharjah on Wednesday, to go 1-0 up in the five match series.

Pakistan’s innings was dominated by a brilliant 122 from Mohammad Hafeez which saw them post an imposing total of 322-5 in their 50 overs. Pakistan then survived a late order fight-back from Sri Lanka but finally bowled them out for 311 in 49.4 overs.
