ISLAMABAD: The federal government on Friday faced growing embarrassment after it declared the execution of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) leader Abdul Quader Molla an internal affair of Bangladesh and decided not to protest against it.  Several groups, including JI Pakistan, as well as international human rights organisations have strongly condemned Molla’s execution. Sensing the public and social pressure, Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan had to issue a statement of condemnation. However, his party, PML-N, has not taken any clear stance on the issue.  On the other hand, the official stance taken by the foreign ministry is also contradictory to Nisar’s statement. Experts believe that Chaudhry Nisar has issued that statement in view of the public pressure and stave off a backlash from the JI Pakistan.

Interior Ministry Versus Foreign Ministry.....clear division of thoughts and actions. one ministry claims it as a interior affair of Bangladesh while the other one "IS FORCED" to make a statement sensing public pressure. Who and what comprises this public pressure?
