Sajjad defeated Shachar Ruberg of Israel 5-1 (74-0, 56-22, 47-63, 45-74, 23-101, and 37-63).
He will now face Michael Collumb of Scotland in the quarter finals of the championship.
Earlier in the day, Pakistani cueist Shahid Aftab fell prey to India’s Shahbaz Adil Khan. Aftab lost 2-5 to Khan.
Khan had beaten former IBSF Champion Mohammad Asif in the previous round on Thursday.
