Busted: Two teenage robbers arrested

Police seizes four mobile phones, 19 unregistered mobile SIMs and two pistols. during search operation.

ABBOTTABAD: The police claimed to have arrested two alleged teenage robbers from the vicinity of Ayub Medical Complex. The accused confessed to their crimes and said they robbed the attendants out of desperation. According to Mirpur police SHO, they were informed of two masked men looting people near AMC’s dental department. The police rushed to the scene of the crime and arrested the suspects. They confessed, stating they were ninth graders studying in Battagram and were living in a private hostel in Abbottabad for the past two month. They resorted to stealing because they had spent all the money their parents had given them. During a search of their hostel room, the police seized four mobile phones, 19 unregistered mobile SIMs and two pistols. Cases have been registered against them.
