Traffic accident: Seven injured in vehicle collision

Both vehicles have been impounded and an FIR has been filed.

KOHAT: Seven people, including a woman, were injured in a road traffic accident. Muhammad Riaz Shaheed police station SHO Afsar Khan told The Express Tribune the collision took place at around 2pm between a trolley and a pickup truck in Bazidkhel on the Indus Highway. He said the trolley was en route to Peshawar from Lachi and was carrying people who were travelling to attend a wedding. The injured were identified as Tufail, Waheed, Shafiq, Sharif, Hamza and Asad who were rushed to divisional headquarters hospital. Khan said both vehicles have been impounded and an FIR has been filed.
