Deadly disease: Family loses father to dengue

A father of eight children died due of dengue fever on Sunday. According to details, Ghulam Haider, resident of Mangat village on the city’s outskirts started suffering from high fever last month. He was admitted at the DHQ hospital for treatment but was shifted to Lahore as his condition deteriorated where he remained under regular treatment for twenty days but succumbed to the virus.
