FAISALABAD: The Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf Faisalabad chapter on Tuesday rejected the electoral process for local governments in the province. Speaking at a meeting, PTI district president Rana Raheel said delimitations, nomination of government functionaries as returning officers and polling staff were calculated to turn the election in favour of the PML-N. Raheel said the offices of the city district government, the TMA, the union councils and their staff were helping the PML-N candidates. The PTI district president also alleged that all development projects had been initiated at the behest of the PML-N candidates.
