Hakimullah’s death: TTP praises JI chief’s ‘martyr’ comments

TTP appreciated the statement that Pakistani security forces are under US yoke and don’t have any authority.

MIRANSHAH: Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan spokesperson Shahidullah Shahid appreciated Jamaat-e-Islami chief Munawar Hassan’s statement calling Hakimullah Mehsud a martyr. While talking to reporters on Sunday, the spokesperson paid tribute to the JI chief saying that the TTP appreciated the statement of Hassan for calling Hakimullah Mehsud a martyr and saying that Pakistani security forces are under US yoke and don’t have any authority.

Of course and why not! A stamp of approval for Jamaat-e-Islami from their brothers. The alignment is unmistakable. Good that JI has finally come out and openly declared where their allegiance lies - with their terrorist brothers. Politically speaking, the last nail in the coffin.
