The latest International Cricket Council (ICC) player rankings put Twenty20 captain Muhammad Hafeez at the top of ODI allrounder's list, while star spinner Saeed Ajmal was ranked as the number one ODI bowler.
Hafeez also came second in T20 allrounder rankings, third in T20 bowler rankings and number 10 in ODI bowler rankings.
Ajmal was also rated number two T20 bowler and number four Test bowler.
Other Pakistani players also managed to secure a spot in the top 10 player rankings.
Shahid Afridi was rated number five in the T20 allrounder rankings and number seven in the ODI allrounder rankings.
Misbahul Haq was rated number six in the Test batsmen rankings and number nine in the ODI batsmen rankings.

Hafeez is the most economical bowler of this year so far, second to only Herath. He should be higher rated. He is also the best T20 All rounder in my opinion. Yes Watson is the better batsmen however, he's not as consistent with the ball. Hafeez is pretty good in batting and Bowling. Both in T20[even though I disagree with it as a format of international cricket] and ODi. As for tests, he's yet to prove himself. And No spinner but Narine and possibly Herath is close to The Magician in ODi Bowling. Ajmal should be #3 in Test since he's better than herath. However Philander>Steyn. Steyn is like virat kohli, poorly behaved.
hafeez and shafiq are classic players in pak team .i like both.
Pakistan has a fantastic cricket team, with better management, less controversy they would be even better, and hopefully would get to play a lot more with India, which has a horrid bowling attack but some great batsmen.
Not a fan of hafij but Ajmal is superb bowler !! sometimes i feel he can bowl 8 kind of deliveries in an over. Huge fan of his bowling skills and i am an Indian yar there's nothing to envy or being jealous yar.kohli is also no.1 ranked but that is nothing to brag about,these are mere rankings.
@patriot yar tell me how many matches misbah won or even saved by his tuktuk? Not many so you can't compare him with dravid. Misbah is a good batsman, i think he has best temperament in current pak team but he is no where close to dravid. Dravid won and saved matches in aus, Eng for us.
No Jaheer caan better than Ajmal.

Its an eye opener to those who only like to criticise our team. When Misbah plays defensively and saves the team many times, we call him tuk tuk. When indian player does the same, they call him Mr. Dependable and consistent.
