Speaking at the Peshawar Press Club about the conflict, he hinted that they stemmed from his father’s accusations against the leadership of ANP, adding that his “father chose to take a personal matter and make it public.”
Azam Khan had accused Asfandyar Wali Khan and Afrasiab Khattak during a press conference on Monday, saying they made a $35 million deal with the US to ignore the bloodshed in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P).
Amir Haider said that any person making such baseless accusations against Asfandyar is only doing so to further a personal grudge against him.
He added that he warned his father a few months ago that these conflicts will “get to the point that we will no longer be able to walk together,” adding that "this has happened".
On September 29, following his father's statements demanding Asfandyar quit, Haider Hoti had said statements which disgrace the party chief will not be tolerated.

i dont know what this is all about but one thing is for sure azam hoti is not a liar. in mardan he was the one who took control of all the social and political affairs. and now as we see mardan is such a developed city. this credit goes to him not to amir haider and not to asfandyar wali. he is straight forward and not diplomatic like most politicians. i think thats why its costing him his family life and personal reputation.
ANP has seen many insider and outsider attacks and it has survived well, here it will survive once again. Practically, the only party that is on the right way against the menace of terrorism.
Remeber when Altaf Bhai Exposed Asfandyaar Wali for Taking money from US. Just admit it it happened. Even his closest kind Hoti Sr. Admitted it. LOL
Asfandyar might be a true scion but together with Azam, him and hoti are a curse on the pashtuns. Syed Masood Shah aka as sms collected money for these leaders with both hands. And who could forget Begum Nasim Wali stealing panties from Selfridges in London,and being caught by the tabloids. All in all I am happy that this infighting will cause a vacuum, and maybe some honorable leadership might emerge and fill that- wish Mian Iftikhar Hussain could make a forward bloc.
Don't forget the drama of Bilawal Zardari Bhutto of having a so called tussle with his aunt and daddy jan.
Simply TOPEE DRAMA by the two most trusted men of Asfandyar Wali Khan. They must have picked the drama leave from Asif Zardari's hat!

It is all planted. Haider Hoti and his father want to take control of the party. The father is blaming the leadership, leardership will be ousted and Haider Hoti will Chair the party. Later on, the son will reunite with the father justifying it by the sacrosanctity of the relation.

This is clear violation of Article 62/63 of the Constitution
To rescue ANP, son stand against his own father. But i feel it will not help them. There five year dismal performance will never help them to get back in power.
I think these are just some cheap tactics to gain some attention.
