A girl was injured and a house burgled in separate incidents in Rawat during the last 24 hours.
In the first incident, Abdul Majeed, hailing from Mankiala, lodged a complaint with the local police that his daughter was crossing road when a speeding car hit her on Kallar Syedan Road and fled, leaving her injured.
Meanwhile, Muhammad Boota lodged a complaint with the same police that thieves entered his house on Losar Road by breaking the locks and made away with cash, jewellery and other valuables.
