ISLAMABAD: Directorate General Immigration and Passports has launched an online complaint management system on its official website to facilitate the public in resolving their issues related to all the services of the Directorate General. The e-complaint system has been launched with an aim to create another opportunity to develop contact between the people and the Directorate General on the directions of Minister for Interior Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan earlier this week, said a press release. It will allow anyone to register their complaints directly to the Directorate General as well as trace their registered complaints through the official website of Directorate (www.dgip.gov.pk). The online complaint system provides a user-friendly structure where anyone can register their complaint by simply entering their name, contact and complaint on the designated page. The user can also provide the available scanned supporting documents, however it is not a requirement.
