Pakistan, however, said they required stronger evidence to indict the accused, in response to which, India's Foreign Ministry spokesperson Syed Akbaruddin alleged that "the entire planning of the dastardly Mumbai terrorist attack was hatched in Pakistan, the training of the terrorists who launched that attack was undertaken in Pakistan, the financing of the conspiracy was in Pakistan. It, therefore, follows that 99% of the evidence will be available in Pakistan."
The spokesperson went on to claim that India had fully cooperated with Pakistan. "On our part, we have fully cooperated with the Pakistan Judicial Commission which visited India in September 2013 and all information that they wanted was handed over to the Pakistani High Commission in New Delhi on October 14 and 15.
"It now devolves on Pakistani authorities to ensure that justice is done in the Mumbai attack case in accordance with their own assurances."

A. 9 'alleged' Pakistanis other than Kasab were killed in Mumbai. Kasab has provided their details. Their DNA samples need to be matched with 'alleged' near relatives. Where would these relatives be found- In Pakistan.
B. Two gentlemen of Pakistani origin known as Dawood Gilani, alias David Headley and Tahawoor Rana have been convicted in the USA for their role in Mumbai attacks. Headeley has provided details of his handlers and safe houses in Pakistan. Where can these be corroborated? In Pakistan again.
C. The Satellite Phones, GPS and Marine Engines found on the boat in Mumbai, were all sold in Pakistan. So where can the trail be established? Of course in Pakistan.
D. Satellite phone conversations of the attackers with their handlers sitting in Pakistan, were recorded by several agencies, including the Chinese. Who can provide authentic voice samples of the accused for verification? Surprise, Surprise- Pakistan again.
E. Kasab provided details of the training camps and his handlers, allegedly located in Pakistan. Obviously, these can be conclusively verified in Pakistan only.
F. Very senior Pakistani authorities have accepted the role of 'Rogue Elements'. And only investigations in Pakistan can reveal how 'Rogue' were these rogue elements.

I think the average Pakistani mind has "closed shut" to informed analysis and persuasion of any sort due to relentless propaganda, intimidation and vested interests who wish to keep conspiracy theories as their main source of guidance. Hmm some Pakistani comments reflects the same attitude they had during Bangladesh Liberation war (1971). Ajmal Kasab was traced to a punjabi village, we all know it was hatched and carried out from pakistan. Why are we pretending otherwise and keeping our heads in the sand like Ostriches? 26/11 was a heinous attack who ever did it. Attack on innocent civilian passersby cannot be justified. This tragedy served no one's interest. India and pakistan both lost in it. Who ever did it will face justice in this life and hereafter. Just spare a thought for the orphans and the widows and the old parents who's support and providers were perished in this tragedy.

The fact is that no one outside Pakistan (and many in Pakistan itself) do not trust their judiciary, media or agencies. This judiciary has not convicted even Malik Ishaq, showers rose petals on Mumtaz Qadri, sends Asia Bibi to solitary confinement, bans products manufactured by ahmedi company, and to top it all this Chief Justice or law enforcement agencies have not taken action on the kidnap and rape of young hindu girls, as young as 12 years, right from their homes and covering up with conversions. This Chief Justice went as far as confining Rinkel to solitary confinement in a islamic institution for three months where she was threatened with dire consequences for her entire family unless she admits she converted freely. To top it, the same chief justice who delivered a verdict that Rinkle converted freely prevented her from meeting her family and also personally congratulated the abductor of Rinkle. We all know that none of the girls who have been converted, including Rinkle are still married to the same muslim man for whom they converted and all these girls have been pushed to prostitution or sold off to others. Pakistan's courts may avoid looking into the NADRA records of these girls and Chandio Commission may wind up without submitting any report, but these only establish that none of Pakistan's institutions or agencies have any credibility. Pakistanis may have lot of praise for their Chief justice and courts but the world community knows the reality and how they are protecting the criminals and terrorists. Has Pakistan not paid a price for such acts of its institutions. Yes, they have and they shall continue to do so. The economic costs Pakistan shall pay due to its isolation in the world community shall be enormous. Pakistan should know one thing. It never counts what you say. Only thing that counts is what others believe. Others make their perception based on the patterns they see. Pakistan can continue to claim that the evidences provided by India cannot stand in its courts. But, the fact is that the world community sees Pakistan's courts as worse than kangaroo courts. In fact, most Pakistanis themselves see it so and in their confused minds are demanding shariya courts.
