Cross border attack: Two minors injured in Bajaur shelling
A Frontier Corps official identified the minors as Aziz Gul and Shazullah.

Two minors were severely injured when militants from Afghanistan opened fire at a village in Bajaur Agency on Monday evening, said officials. An official of the political administration Bajaur, Umer Said Khan said that a dozen mortar shells were fired from across the border, landing into the residential area along the border. A Frontier Corps official identified the minors as Aziz Gul and Shazullah. Both the injured were referred to the Agency Headquarter Hospital in Khar. An official at the hospital said that Shazullah’s condition was critical and he was referred to the Lady Reading Hospital Peshawar while the other child was recovering. Reports from the area suggested that Pakistan’s troops also retaliated. However, the situation remained uncertain.
