Bannu explosion: Bomb blast targets police constable’s house

According to the initial report five kilogrammes of explosives were used in the bomb.

The house of a police constable in Bannu was partially damaged when a bomb planted by unidentified militants went off on Friday.


According to an official of Hawaid police station, militants planted a bomb along the boundary wall of the residence of Elite Force Constable Inamullah in Hasan Khel Kharki. He added the explosion took place in the early hours of Friday morning.


Police along with officials from the bomb disposal squad went to inspect the site and reported that the main gate along with the boundary wall was destroyed.


The initial report claimed five kilogrammes of explosives were used in the bomb. Inamullah told the police he had no enemies.


A case was filed against unidentified militants.

Mirza | 11 years ago | Reply Let us accept all the demands of TTP a la IK and PTI. Why even negotiate when we want to award them equality and legitimacy even before negotiations? Let us reward them for supporting and protecting PTI and PML in the May elections. What is the value of a few more lives of innocent people when we do not care about the deaths of 50 thousand innocent Pakistanis?
