Cold Blood: Actress Anjuman’s husband shot dead

LAHORE: Mubeen Malik, film actress Anjuman’s husband, and his driver were shot dead by unidentified persons in front of his house in the Defence A area on Wednesday.

His daughter also received bullet injuries. Police have registered a case and handed the bodies to their families after completing medico-legal formalities. Police said that Malik and his daughter Iman, 22, were entering their house in their car driven by Riaz Ali, when unidentified persons shot at them and fled. The three of them received bullet injuries and were taken to a hospital. Malik and Ali succumbed to their injuries while doctors declared Iman to be out of danger.
