State Bank of Pakistan confirmed receiving CSF payments on Friday.
The funds were received by the State Bank of Pakistan against old dues.
Finance Minister Senator Ishaq Dar during his recent visit to Washington to attend the annual meeting of IMF and World Bank, had taken up the issue of CSF payments with US State and Treasury Departments.
The CSF funds will help in the efforts of the government to boost its sagging foreign exchange reserves .

@unbelievable: Thanks for your reply / alternative plan Your alternative plan does not change the realty on the ground. By saying thank you or not saying it, does it make any difference to the country? The bottom line is , this money will help to pay the next installment to IMF or to any other bank or agency .

Alternative plan? - sure. Quit calling it a reimbursement - quit implying that your doing something in coordination with the USA that calls for reimbursement - quit asking for the money - and if you continue asking for the money at least have the honesty to say it's "aid" and have the decency to say "thank you".

If Pakistan does not resist as its cities and people while resisting giving supreme sacrifices for the cause of world peace and freedoms turning their own cities, installations, government & security officials, ordinary citizen, places of worships, hospitals and educational institutions into ruins facing the wrath of the terrorists blasting bombs etc. bleeding profusely with massacres, massive loss of lives and properties and let the danger emerged from western side borders of India from Afghanistan get farther to close on its borders as real threat to India, then history tells us almost every time successfully the invaders did not stop but marched forward to over run India as the Indians were never able to prevent or contain them and had to lose freedoms. The cases in point are innumerable invasions by Mahmud Ghaznavi, or Ibrahim Lodhi, Shershah Soori, Babur etc. Indians should therefore, instead of calling it beggar and making joke of sacrifices be grateful to Pakistan giving supreme sacrifices as their saver as well when siding with US led NATO and world in their global fight against terror. So exactly what did Pakistan do to warrant these funds? You haven't launched a significant military campaign since 09 and that was against the TTP which really don't present a significant danger to USA/NATO. Your border posts don't do anything to prevent Haqqani from crossing the border and seem to be there to protect Pakistan from TTP. Might be better to drop the pretense that this is "reimbursement" and call it for what it is - gift/aid or maybe bribe.
