Bilawal was speaking in Karachi on the anniversary of the 2007 attack on Benazir Bhutto’s caravan on Karsaz road that had killed at least 180 people.
The young Bhutto told a charged crowd of supporters that Imran Khan “stood outside the church and made excuses for the terrorists who were responsible for the attack,” after the Peshawar church bombing that killed at least 78 people and injured over 100 others on September 21.
“PPP will save the people of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa from drowning in the tsunami,” Bilawal claimed.
The patron-in-chief also said that PPP is a party of "courageous and martyred" leaders, and is not afraid of terrorists.
Commenting on the May 2013 general elections, he said the PPP had given a lot of sacrifices to win the 2007 elections, but in the recent elections the party gave up its seats to protect its members.
“In the 2018 elections, Asif Ali Zardari will be Jiyalas’ bow and I will be the arrow,” he further stated.
Bilawal also said the PPP "saved Islamabad" from Mohammad Sikander, the man who was responsible for the standoff that had been created on Constitution Avenue for almost six hours on August 15. The stand-off had ended when PPP leader Zamrud Khan had approached the gunman and tried to grab him after which the police shot and arrested Sikander.
Bilawal assured the general public that he would fight for them and give his life for them. He also added that if someone had sacrificed his brother or son to acts of terrorism then from today onward, he would be their brother or son.
In a veiled reference to the MQM's hold over Karachi, Bilawal said that "although Pakistan got its independence in 1947, Karachi is still a colony of London."
He also declared "jihad" against religious extremists and further added that "Sindh will once again be PPP's stronghold."
Reaction
Responding to Bilawal’s comments, MQM leader Wasay Jalil said people thinking of defeating MQM are fooling themselves. He said such attempts to harm MQM were not successful in 1988 nor will they be this time.
PTI leader Naz Baloch said Bilawal lacks political knowledge.

There must be something really funny in the environment of London. First it was Altaf Hussain Londonvi making funny speeches (& threats) over telephone, then it was Lifetime Chairman PTI Imran Khan Niazi making funny statements (phenta, shikari etc) and now it is Baby Zardari in the comedy theatre after completing his education from London.
Imran Khan and his team is responsible for all the coward decisions. A day will come when the whole nation like Bilawal will not only criticise but kick-out these non-serious and immature politicians from the country. I am surprised at PTI leaders, at the death of law minister they request to Taliban "Please stop the attacks on humanitarian grounds". Is it make any sense?

The PPP did not give up anything in the recent elections. No sane person was going to vote for them, they had nothing to give up!!!
Instead they ran and hid behind the power of the Sindhi feudal lords. Most of their seats were won in the Sindhi feudal heart land. Without them they would have disappeared from the map all together.
It's also amazing that his policies are similar to Benazir circa 1980-90 vis-à-vis Karachi and MQM. The countless dead bodies that the strife that Bhutto fed are a future we should avoid. The Oxford education he received is wasted, it has little effect on his thinking and he can produce nothing useful. He seems to be caught up in the feudal mind set of his fellow PPP. Studying history should have at least given him some inclination of the pit falls that leaders/civilisations face. Pushing for civil strife in Karachi clearly shows that we as a country are better of without him. Please stay in your Dubai mansion. Your father has looted plenty, no need for you to come back and refresh your bank balance.

Well if the PPP is such a success story then why is interior Sindh where they hold power the domain of feudal's with the population living in a state of slavery? Could you perhaps tells us of the success and improvements brought about in Lyari? How about Larkana, or other PPP strong holds? Care to mention the literacy rates, health statistics from these locations.

It is always interesting for me to see how little impact education has on people born in political dynasties in Pakistan. It is amazing that years of education from renowned universities has little to no impact on these people. I'm from KPK. My opinions is that Imran Khan is the best thing that has ever happened to us in many years. Me and my family stand by him. He may have his weaknesses but he just really wants to bring peace. Stop worrying about us, when did the rest of Pakistan ever care about KPK and Balochistan anyway? Especially PPP who ruled Pakistan for five years and couldn't do anything for this country. I highly doubt my comment will be published because only anti- Imran Khan comments do.
