TTP central spokesman Shahidullah Shahid said the 16-year-old had done nothing to deserve the Nobel, which went to the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) for its work to rid the world of chemical arms.
“We are delighted that she didn’t get it. She did nothing big so it’s good that she didn’t get it.”
“This award should be given to the real Muslims who are struggling for Islam. Malala is against Islam, she is secular,” he went on to say.
Malala won the European Parliament’s Sakharov rights prize on Thursday, which the TTP condemned in similar terms, claiming “her struggle against Islam” was the reason the West was honouring her.

Its the same unreasonable hypocritical exaggerations, claiming so many other deserving students but failing to even nominate one, or claiming themselves going through difficulties as comparable to being shot in the head and still threatened by extremist militants.
Its either amnesia or plain dishonesty about being ignorant of what had transpired in SWAT, which included schools being shut-down. You cite the same extremist TTP/Taliban extremist anti-Malala points of her being 'secular' or being anti-religion (read anti-Islam), invoking blasphemy or 'takfiri' charges, when in truth is that she has bravely advocated for education (which Pakistanis allowed to suffer in Swat) and is against extremists such as the Taliban (which Pakistanis don't seem serious about), and is the reason she was targeted by your terrorist criminals and supported later on by civilized sane citizens globally.
It is this cancerous deluded right wing religious nationalist mindset, full of hateful spite and resentment and low self-esteem, that sympathizes, condones or supports violent religious extremism that has flourished and tries to downplay her accomplishments or the threats or events that happened.
The Taliban are not afraid of the drones they are afraid of Malala Yousufzai the Taliban lost when Malala lived God has a mission for her and their bullets...threats...and all the haters cannot stop her!
@pinky my dear if the education you are getting depicts your written comment then I think it is best that youQUIT now and stop wasting your parents money. Also when you take a shot to the head then you can speak as for yourself as an example but then having a drastic experience may help you better eloquent yourself.

We all are getting education I myself m an example who studied with so many difficulties she did nothing special. Infact v feel ashamed to have such secular and anti religion by name muslims She is degrading our deen and givimg and image to the world that our country is among the most dangerous countries of the world She dnt deserve anything
Its a shame that there's no award for cowardice otherwise the Taliban would win it hands down. On second thoughts they probably wouldn't because you'd have to find the hole that they're hiding in to award it to them in the first place.

As per statement released before the announcement of this prestigious award that though Malala was considered as the strongest contender, but there were two factors that could go against her ie young age and her enemies read Taliban. Let Taliban feel happy which is good for Malala.
