It can only happen in Pakistan ! The science and technology ministry instead of spending its resources men and material towards 'science and technology' is doing these audits. If I am not mistaken then the task at hand of improving the 'science' and 'technology' in under developed economy as Pakistan is a huge one and the should not even have time to scratch a finger.
