Fatal accident: Chinese worker drowns in Kohistan

Police spotted footsteps on the bank, later the body of Chinese worker was recovered three kilometers down the stream.

SHANGLA: A Chinese worker drowned after he fell into a deep stream near Dobair Khwarh Power Project in Kohistan district. Dobair police official said one Chinese worker identified as Zao Jian Joe went missing from the project site of 3HHP Wapda, where Chinese workers and engineers are building a dam. Police started searching for the worker and reported that one of the workers had spotted the Chinese going down stream. Police also spotted footsteps on the bank, later the body of Chinese worker was recovered three kilometers down the stream.
