Reckless driving: Eight injured as bikes collide

Locals said speeding by motorcyclists on the road has become a routine affair.

ATTOCK: Eight people, including two women, were injured when several motorcycles collided with each other on the Attock-Kamra road on Friday. According to Rescue-1122 officials, Shafia , Zahida , Muhammad Noman , Muhammad Nawaz , Sheraz , Junaid , Imtiaz and Muhammad Aslam received multiple injuries when their bikes slipped and rammed into each others’ because of speeding. All the injured were rushed to District Headquarters Hospital where their condition is stated to be stable. Locals said speeding by motorcyclists on the road has become a routine affair as the traffic police has failed to curb the problem.
