The win is Pakistan's fourth successive victory and puts them at the top of a five-team group in the 30-nation contest.
Pakistan beat England, Ireland-VI, Finland and India "B"on their way to the knock-out rounds to make an impressive start to the championship.
The duo comprising IBSF Reigning World Amateur Champion Muhammad Asif and former Asian number two Muhammad Sajjad maintained their superb runs in the tournament.
Besides the team event, Muhammad Asif confirmed his berth in the last-64 round of IBSF 6-Red World Championship by beating Manan Chandra of India 4-1 in his last league match.
Muhammad Sajjad's qualification for the last-64 round depends on the two matches he will play later on Thursday.

Congratulations
No comments here; so much for the neighbors saying they only dabble on news related to India or which in any way concern her. Congrats to 'Team Pakistan'.
