KARACHI: Police and Rangers arrested 29 suspects accused of target killing and extortion during multiple raids in Karachi, Express News reported on Thursday.
Rangers spokesperson said the suspects were arrested from Lyari, Afshani Gali, Garden, Nipa Chowrangi, North Nazimabad, Bazarta Line and other areas of Karachi.
The arrested people reportedly belong to various political parties and were involved in target killing, extortion and other serious crimes.
Rangers official also recovered weapons from them.
