It was fantastic to read that the Pakistan Junior Team Tennis team appeared in an international event in Japan and won the third prize. In Pakistan, we do not see much activities in tennis, especially since the government and the media and the advertisers are all focusing on cricket and only on cricket and nothing else. We we have not performed well in cricket, despite a loss of scores of billions of rupees. We have to look at the other sports for our youngsters and particularly those in the schools and colleges. It is heartwarming to see that the tennis juniors have put our country's name on the tennis-world map. Best wishes to the youngsters who have visited Japan and are now in Thailand. It is for sure that these boys are going to be a torch bearer in the establishment of tennis as an important game and pastime for the Pakistain youth.
