Wasaya was arrested on May 15, 2012 but escaped on July 29 this year.

DI Khan Jailbreak: Police arrests escaped inmate
DI KHAN: An escaped inmate of DI Khan jail, Allah Wasaya, was arrested on Friday, said an official of Parowa police station. The official added police had received intelligence information that Wasaya was residing in a house in the tehsil. They raided the area and arrested the accused. Wasaya had been imprisoned for life over a murder charge. In December 2010, a person identified as Hafizullah was killed in Khana Sharif area of Parowa tehsil. Zulfiqar, brother of the deceased, alleged Wasaya killed Hafizullah and registered a case against him. Wasaya was arrested on May 15, 2012 but escaped on July 29 this year.
