Five tribesmen were allegedly kidnapped by unidentified militants in Para Chamkani, Central Kurram Agency. The tribesmen were chopping trees when the incident is said to have taken place.

Political administration officials were informed in the early hours of Sunday morning after which khasadar and levies officials rushed to the site. The tribesmen could not be recovered in spite of a search operation launched by the paramilitary officials.
