Widening the base: NUML needs to focus on regional campuses, says rector

The National University of Modern Languages (NUML) is imparting exceptionally good education in certain disciplines and efforts are needed to be made to bring the same excellence in other regional campuses affiliated with the university.

NUML Rector Maj-Gen (retd) Masood Hasan said this while speaking at the third regional directors’ conference of NUML, said a press release issued on Friday.

The conference was attended by the directors of seven regional campuses, deans, heads and directors of the main campus.

Academic matters including the admission procedure, examination policy, scholarships, examination system, syllabi and scheme of studies and co-curricular activities in all regional and main campuses of the university came under discussion.
