The CEO of the company involved in bulletproofing these vehicles says they enable the occupants to stay safe from all sorts of bullets and bombs.

Not even a burst tyre can prevent the driver from cruising away to a safe place, even if the sanctuary is 50 kilometres away. The vehicle can travel 50 kilometres with a burst tyre, making it the most preferable means of transport in the current deteriorating law and order situation.
