ISLAMABAD: Search For Common Ground (SFCG) Pakistan and PAIMAN Alumni Trust are organising a day-long National Networking Summit on Women’s Leadership on August 28 here to commemorate the dynamic role of Pakistan’s women politicians and their contributions in the nation’s democratic growth and development.

Former Speaker National Assembly Dr Fehmida Mirza will be the chief guest of the summit being organised as part of SFCG Pakistan’s Women’s Initiatives for Learning and Leadership (WILL) campaign under the project “Strengthening Women Parliamentarians for Effective Government” launched in Pakistan in 2011.

The project has imparted training to elected women politicians from all major political parties including members of the provincial assemblies and councillors at the district levels to improve their capacity.
