According to the sources, the bench will be headed by Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali, other two members include Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan and Justice Khilji Arif. The bench will hear the case on August 28.
Earlier, a three member bench headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry – was hearing a contempt of court notice against Imran. The two other judges on the bench were Justice Jawwad S Khawaja and Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed.

Imran should stand his ground and put an end to this snobbery by the judges. If Imran and other representatives can be criticised with no holds barred, what is so special about these government servants. The constitution needs immediate amendment which protects the judiciary.
