Sybrid Private Limited, a global Business Process Outsourcing company and McDonald’s Emirates signed a comprehensive contact centre outsourcing agreement for food delivery operations that will service customers all over the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Sybrid Pakistan has extensive experience with contact centre technology, human resources and other operational depth with a proven track record as a strategic partner of other McDonald’s delivery operations in the region.
Sybrid, has a proven track record for the last 8 years servicing McDelivery and other operations around the region.
Both parties share a common vision of customer service and complement it with hiring the best resources from around the world. Sybrid teams present in Pakistan, UK, US and UAE will be providing support to the UAE McDelivery solution.
